About Us:

We are a reputed and creative interior design company looking for a detail-oriented

Project Coordinator

to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate interior design projects from initiation to completion.

Act as the point of contact between clients, designers, vendors, and contractors.

Prepare and track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

Assist with procurement of materials, furnishings, and finishes.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and approvals.

Identify potential risks and resolve project-related issues promptly.

Support designers with presentations, mood boards, and site visits.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in interior design or construction.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or project management software is a plus.

Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
