Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is carried out as per drawings and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth project execution. Monitor labor performance, attendance, and site safety. Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment on-site. Maintain site records, including daily progress reports, labor reports, and material logs. Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers for project updates and issue resolution. Ensure timely completion of tasks within the defined project timelines.

Requirements:

Minimum

4 years of experience

as a Site Supervisor, preferably in

school or institutional construction projects

. Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Good communication and leadership skills. Should be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with basic site documentation and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or a related field. Prior experience in managing school or educational institution sites will be a strong advantage. Local candidates from

Kollur / Patancheru or nearby areas

preferred.
