Position : Site Engineer

Location : Kottayam

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in interior fit-out/site execution

Salary:

?17,000 - ?22,000 per month (based on experience & skills)

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth execution of interior fit-out work Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and in-house design/production teams Monitor work progress as per schedule and quality standards Ensure proper installation of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and finishing works Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues Maintain material inventory, ensure timely deliveries, and check usage Report daily progress to the project manager Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards at the site Assist in client site visits and ensure client satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field

Minimum 2 years of relevant site experience in the interior fit-out industry

Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution processes Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans Good communication and team management skills Proficient in MS Office and basic site documentation

Willingness to travel locally to project sites if required
