Role Overview
We are seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site execution and ensure smooth daily operations for interior and architectural projects.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site work and labour activities
Coordinate with craftsmen, contractors, and vendors
Ensure work is completed as per instructions and drawings
Track material usage and site cleanliness
Report daily progress and issues to the site engineer or management
Ensure discipline, safety, and work quality on site
Requirements
Diploma or relevant site experience preferred
1-2 years of experience in interior or construction site supervision
Basic understanding of drawings and materials
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Hands-on attitude and ability to manage workers
