As a fresher, you'll get hands-on experience in overseeing construction sites, managing teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising construction activities and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and stakeholders
- Monitor site safety and quality standards
- Report progress and issues to management
- Learn and implement project management tools and processes
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (freshers welcome)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to learn and work on-site
- Basic knowledge of construction processes and safety norms
