Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation and execution of fire fighting and plumbing works at project sites. This role involves managing the workforce, ensuring safety and quality compliance, coordinating with contractors, and reporting site progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day fire fighting and plumbing activities at the site. Read and interpret project drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. Ensure correct installation of pipes, pumps, sprinklers, valves, fixtures, and other systems. Monitor and control labor, material, and subcontractor activities. Maintain site safety, housekeeping, and adherence to quality standards. Coordinate with the design team, contractors, and vendors for smooth site execution. Prepare and maintain daily work progress reports, material requisitions, and manpower records. Attend site meetings and report progress or issues to Project Manager. Ensure work is completed as per schedule and project deadlines.
