1.

Daily Site Supervision

o Oversee daily construction activities following Project Engineer's instructions.

o Ensure work is completed on time, within scope, and meets quality standards.

2.

Labor Management

o Maintain an adequate labor force to complete departmental work.

o Prepare and update daily labor lists, allocating tasks as per Project Engineer's directives.

3.

Material Handling

o Assist the Store Keeper by coordinating labor for unloading materials received on-site.

o Monitor and manage material usage to control and minimize waste.

4.

Coordination

o Coordinate effectively with contractors to facilitate smooth project execution.

o Communicate any material wastage or scrap to the Admin/Maintenance head for further action.

5.

Site Housekeeping

o Ensure daily housekeeping to maintain site cleanliness and order at the end of each workday.

o Oversee the removal of debris and ensure a safe working environment.

6.

Documentation

o Document the number and date of casting on concrete members post-deshuttering.

o Assist the Project Engineer in preparing daily and quality reports, as well as bills.

7.

Quality and Safety Checks

o Check curing work to ensure compliance with quality standards.

o Oversee and ensure proper temporary water and electricity arrangements.

o Control unauthorized access to the construction site.

8.

Material Management

o Coordinate with the Project Manager and Store Keeper to designate material unloading areas.

o Report material wastages or scrap to the Admin/Maintenance head for processing.

Qualifications:

Education

: Diploma/BE(Civil).

Experience

: Minimum of 1 years in construction site supervision.

Skills

: Strong organizational skills, effective supervisory and coordination abilities, proficiency in handling labor and material management.

Attributes

: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
