The Role

The Site Supervisor will be the key link between the design team, the client, and the execution team (contractors/vendors). You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, supervision, and quality control of all interior fit-out work, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Site Management:

Oversee all on-site activities, including civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, false ceiling, painting, and finishing work. Ensure all work is executed strictly according to the approved design drawings, specifications, and BOQ (Bill of Quantities).

Scheduling & Progress:

Develop and manage the site work schedule, tracking daily progress against the master project timeline. Identify potential delays and proactively implement corrective actions. Conduct daily site meetings with contractors and vendors.

Coordination & Reporting:

Coordinate effectively with the design team for drawing clarifications and material approvals. Act as the primary point of contact for the client on site-related issues, providing professional and timely updates. Document site progress through daily reports, photographs, and attendance records.

Billing & Measurement:

Verify contractor measurements and work completion for interim billing and final payments.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

[Insert number, e.g., 3-5] years of experience as a Site Supervisor, or equivalent role, specifically managing high-end interior design/fit-out projects (residential and/or commercial).

Education:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of construction processes, material specifications (e.g., veneers, laminates, stone, hardware), and quality standards in interior fit-outs..

Soft Skills:

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
