Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee operations at our project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and procedures. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high standards of quality.

Duties

Supervise daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate and manage on-site teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project goals are met. Monitor project progress, reporting any issues or delays to management promptly. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications. Facilitate communication between various stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and team members. Maintain accurate records of site activities, including attendance, materials used, and equipment maintenance. Implement training programmes for new staff to ensure they understand safety protocols and operational procedures.

Skills

Proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and management is highly desirable. Strong management skills with a proven track record of supervising teams effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with diverse groups of people. Ability to problem-solve quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed accurately. Experience in the construction or related industries is an advantage.
