Job Description

The Site Supervisor will oversee and manage all on-site activities for interior design and fit-out projects. The role involves coordinating with contractors, vendors, and the design team to ensure project execution is aligned with drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site operations for interior design and fit-out projects. Coordinate with designers, architects, contractors, and vendors to resolve site issues. Monitor project timelines, progress, and ensure adherence to schedules. Verify and approve measurements for billing and contractor payments. Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and material stock registers. Manage workforce allocation and resolve on-site conflicts, if any. Ensure proper installation of furniture, fixtures, and finishes as per design intent. Report project updates, delays, and requirements to the Project Manager.
