Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced

Site Supervisor

to oversee daily operations at project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating on-site activities, managing workers and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality standards, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of site workers and subcontractors. Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met. Enforce health and safety regulations and conduct regular site inspections. Ensure materials and equipment are available on-site as needed. Interpret and implement project plans, blueprints, and specifications. Resolve on-site issues and report any delays or problems to the Project Manager. Maintain accurate records of site operations, including daily logs and reports. Liaise with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders as needed. Ensure quality control and compliance with company and industry standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role. Knowledge of construction methods, health and safety practices, and project management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office and project management software (if applicable). High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or a related field is a plus.

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?18,700.00 per month
