Job Summary

Astberg Ventilation Pvt Ltd is seeking a

Site Supervisor

to oversee the installation and supervision of ventilation systems at project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper execution of site work, quality testing, coordinating with engineers and clients, and maintaining project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise installation

and commissioning of ventilation systems at client sites. Conduct

quality checks and performance testing

of installed systems Coordinate and

interact with site engineers

, contractors, and client representatives.

Maintain site reports

, work progress records, and service data. Ensure

timely completion

of tasks and escalate any delays or issues to the reporting manager. Report and document

installation photos, checklists, and QC reports

. Coordinate with the internal service and logistics team for

material dispatch and tracking

. Attend

client meetings

, collect feedback, and ensure proper communication between client and office.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma / B.Tech

in

Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering

1-3 years of on-site experience

(preferably in ventilation, HVAC, or building services) Good understanding of

technical drawings, duct layouts, and ventilation components

Strong coordination and communication skills Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic documentation/reporting
