We are looking for a "Office Assistant" to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.
Responsibilities:
Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
Organize office and assist with Co-Employees.
Accounting/Book-keeping.
Files Management.
Banking Activities.
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
Performing general office clerk /Administrative duties.
Requirements:
10th ,12th
Proven experience as a back-office assistant, or in another relevant office Assistant role.
Thorough understanding of office management procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
