RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise all site operations related to concrete production, batching, and delivery to ensure quality and efficiency. Oversee safety protocols, organize toolbox talks, enforce PPE usage, and conduct routine safety inspections. Manage workforce scheduling, assign tasks, and coordinate between site staff, drivers, and plant personnel. Ensure concrete production and delivery meet project specifications and customer requirements. Maintain plant and equipment by planning preventive maintenance with relevant teams. Monitor inventory and support the store person to maintain adequate stocks for uninterrupted production. Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to management and clients.

Required Skills

Deep understanding of RMC production, concrete materials, and plant equipment. Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with construction safety regulations and quality standards. Proficiency in work scheduling and project management software. Ability to read blueprints and technical documents. Analytical, problem-solving, and incident response skills.

Typical Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a construction-related field is preferred. 1-5 years' supervisory experience in an RMC plant or similar construction setting. Safety certifications (CPR/first aid) and knowledge of construction codes are advantages.
