Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth workflow. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workers to ensure timely execution. Interpret and implement design drawings and technical specifications on-site. Monitor quality of materials and workmanship as per company standards. Track project progress and report updates to project managers/designers. Ensure health, safety, and compliance guidelines are followed at the site. Assist in managing site resources, materials, and labor effectively. Resolve on-site issues and escalate critical matters when required.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Civil, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Proven experience as Site Supervisor in interior fit-outs or construction projects. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and site execution processes. Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings and BOQs. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills. Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
