Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and monitor all civil work at the construction site on a daily basis.

2. Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

3. Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports for management.

4. Ensure that safety protocols and site cleanliness are maintained at all times.

5. Assist in site measurement, quantity take-offs, and verification of contractor bills.

6. Perform other duties as directed by the project manager or management team.

Desired Qualifications:

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in site supervision or civil construction work. Skills: Strong knowledge of civil construction techniques, materials, and safety standards. Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings. Proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with site reporting tools.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Ability to manage and motivate labour teams efficiently.

Pay: ₹9,451.90 - ₹33,169.28 per month
