Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Site Supervisor

to oversee daily site operations for our real estate and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have at least

five years of hands-on experience

managing construction activities, ensuring project timelines, quality standards, and safety compliance. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to deliver successful project execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Management & Execution

Supervise day-to-day onsite construction activities to ensure smooth project progress. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, laborers, and vendors. Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and standards. Plan daily work schedules and allocate resources efficiently.

Project Coordination

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve site issues. Track project progress and provide regular updates and reports. Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment.

Safety & Compliance

Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and company policies.

Quality Assurance

Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure adherence to quality standards. Identify and rectify defects or deviations swiftly. Maintain documentation for inspections, quality checks, and progress milestones.

Team Management

Lead, motivate, and supervise onsite workforce. Conduct toolbox meetings and training when required. Resolve conflicts and provide guidance to ensure productivity.

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
