Role Overview

The Interior Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors, ensuring material availability, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all on-site interior execution work. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams for smooth workflow. Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and design standards. Monitor daily progress and report updates to the project manager/management. Check material requirements and ensure timely delivery to the site. Conduct quality checks for carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing work. Ensure site safety, housekeeping, and adherence to company standards. Resolve on-site issues and ensure timely problem-solving. Maintain measurement sheets, site reports, and documentation. Ensure project timelines and budgets are followed.

Skills & Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design (preferred). Minimum 1 year experience in interior fit-out sites. Good knowledge of materials, technical drawings, and execution standards. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle labour teams and multitask on site. Problem-solving approach and time-management skills. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp reporting, etc.).

Working Conditions

Full-time, site-based role. Must be flexible with travel to different project locations if required. Working hours as per company/site schedule.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
