Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within quality standards. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing on-site teams, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, and maintaining detailed project records.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities, including work by laborers and subcontractors. Enforce all health and safety regulations and building codes to maintain a safe working environment. Monitor work quality and progress, ensuring strict adherence to project blueprints, specifications, and timelines. Manage and track site materials, equipment, and resources to minimize waste and ensure timely availability. Identify and resolve on-site technical issues or conflicts promptly, escalating to project management/engineers when necessary. Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly progress reports and site documentation. Coordinate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients.
