Job Description

The Mechanical Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities at project sites. The role involves supervising mechanical teams, ensuring quality workmanship, interpreting technical drawings (AutoCAD), and maintaining project schedules in accordance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate mechanical fabrication, erection, and installation work at site. Interpret and review fabrication and assembly drawings using

AutoCAD

and other design tools. Ensure that all fabrication and installation work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower, tools, and materials. Monitor progress and report daily site activities to the Project Manager. Inspect fabrication works (welding, fitting, alignment, etc.) to ensure adherence to quality and safety norms. Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality control teams for smooth project execution. Resolve on-site technical issues and propose corrective actions when required. Ensure compliance with

HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment)

policies. Conduct or assist in mechanical testing and commissioning activities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
