Role Overview:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing thermoplastic road marking

paint application at project sites, ensuring timely execution, quality compliance, and

effective client communication. This dual-role position bridges technical supervision

and customer engagement to deliver high-performance road safety solutions.

Work Conditions:

o Field-based role with travel to various project sites.

o Flexible to work night shifts or weekends as required.

o Physically fit to manage outdoor tasks and supervise active road

environments.

KRAs:

- Project Execution & Oversight:

o Plan and execute thermoplastic road marking works as per project

schedule and technical specifications

o Supervise site team, equipment setup, material usage, and safety

compliance.

o Ensure proper surface preparation, heating parameters, and application

thickness.

o Monitor daily progress, resolve on-site issues, and maintain work quality.

o Coordinate with factory team for timely delivery of paint, glass beads, and

consumables.

- Customer Coordination:

o Act as the primary point of contact for clients at the site.

o Communicate work progress, timelines, and technical clarifications.

o Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with execution quality.

o Document client feedback and escalate unresolved issues to the

management.

o Support billing and measurement verification with client representatives.

- Documentation & Compliance:

o Maintain daily work logs, material consumption reports, and site

photographs.

o Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental guidelines.

o Assist in preparing joint measurement sheets and completion certificates.

o Support audits and inspections by internal teams or external agencies.

- Safety Management

o Enforce safety protocols for crew and traffic control.

o Ensure proper use of PPE and safe handling of hot thermoplastic materials.

- Equipment & Material Handling

o Oversee operation and maintenance of road marking machines (manual

and automatic).

o Manage inventory of thermoplastic paint, glass beads, primers, and other

consumables.
