We are looking for a

Site Supervisor

to oversee and manage day-to-day operations at our project sites. The ideal candidate should be proactive, responsible, and ready to stay at the site throughout the work process.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor all on-site activities to ensure quality and timely execution of work Coordinate with workers, contractors, and project managers to meet deadlines Ensure materials and resources are available as per work schedules Maintain safety protocols and ensure site cleanliness Handle basic documentation and daily site reports Report progress and issues to the project manager regularly

Requirements:

Must be present full-time at the site Two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory for travel between sites Prior experience in site supervision preferred (1+ year is a plus) Good communication and basic management skills Ability to manage labor and resources efficiently
