JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Site Supervisor

to oversee and manage on-site execution of construction/interior projects. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, safety regulations, and efficient coordination between the client, project, and procurement teams.

Project Planning & Execution:

Execute the project in accordance with the Gantt Chart timelines. Monitor progress and adjust execution plans to align with approved timelines.

Daily coordination with client representatives for work front clearance.

Reporting & Documentation

Submit

Daily Progress Reports (DPRs)

to track actual vs planned progress.

Provide

timely billing inputs and updates

to the Project Coordinator.

Report material, manpower, and work status regularly.

Material & Inventory ManagementP

lan phase-wise dispatch of materials in coordination with the Project Coordinator and Purchase team.

Verify material receipt and get client sign-off for quality and quantity in alignment with the Purchase Order

Set up and manage site stores for tools, tackles, and materials.

Manpower Planning & Supervision

Assess and plan manpower requirements as per project phase.

Schedule and allocate work to the approved workforce.

Monitor workforce deployment and ensure task completion as per plan.

Conduct daily attendance checks and ensure use of proper safety gear.

Safety & Compliance

Conduct weekly safety checks for all site workers and verify valid insurance coverage.

Ensure all workers wear PPE at all times and that PPE kits/tools are in usable condition.

Request and track tools and tackles required on-site.

Enforce and oversee safety regulations and site hygiene.

Logistics & Administration

Search and arrange local accommodation for team members.

Coordinate with the Basic Elements Team to ensure logistical needs are met.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction/interior projects.

Strong knowledge of project execution, Gantt Charts, and site management.

Understanding of safety protocols and site compliance.

Excellent communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: From ?28,000.00 per month
