Position Overview

We are seeking a

Site Supervisor - Civil

to oversee and coordinate site activities for our engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in civil works supervision, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage on-site execution while ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure smooth execution. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers for efficient workflow. Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines. Maintain site records, daily reports, and documentation. Assist in material planning and resource management at the site. Provide regular updates to project managers and management.

Candidate Profile

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering

. 1-5 years of experience in site supervision (freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply). Sound understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety practices. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage teams and handle multiple tasks on-site.
