We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Site Supervisor Trainee / Intern to assist our project and site management team. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in construction site supervision, coordination, and quality control while learning industry standards and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Site Supervisor in daily site activities and operations
Monitor ongoing construction work and report progress to seniors
Support coordination between contractors, workers, and suppliers
Help ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards
Maintain site records, attendance, and daily work reports
Assist in material checking, site measurements, and inventory tracking
Observe and learn quality control and safety procedures at site
Report any site issues or delays to the site in-charge
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (completed or pursuing)
Basic knowledge of construction processes and site practices
Willingness to learn and work at construction sites
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Freshers are welcome to apply
Skills & Competencies:
Basic understanding of civil drawings (preferred)
Time management and organizational skills
Problem-solving attitude
MS Office basics (preferred)
