1. Standard Job Requirements

Education:

A Diploma or Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in

Civil Engineering

or a related field (e.g., Mechanical/Electrical for specialized sites) is typically mandatory.

Experience:

Current postings range from entry-level (0-1 years) for junior roles to 10-15 years for senior site management.

Technical Skills:

Ability to read architectural/2D/3D drawings, proficiency in MS Office for reporting, and knowledge of safety regulations (HSE).

2. Core Responsibilities to Include

Day-to-Day Oversight:

Monitoring site activities, managing labor/manpower, and ensuring work progress aligns with project schedules.

Quality & Safety:

Conducting regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets specifications and enforcing strict safety protocols.

Coordination:

Acting as the liaison between clients, contractors, and vendors; resolving on-site technical or logistical issues promptly.

Documentation:

Maintaining site reports, measurement books, daily attendance logs, and material inventory.
