Job Description

A Site Supervisor manages daily operations at a project site (like construction or manufacturing), overseeing workers, ensuring safety, controlling logistics (materials, traffic), maintaining quality, and keeping the project on schedule, bridging the gap between management and the workforce by leading teams and coordinating resources to meet project goals. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Personnel: Instructing workers, managing teams, ensuring performance, and fostering a positive work environment. Safety & Quality: Enforcing safety standards, identifying hazards, ensuring compliance with regulations, and checking work quality against plans. Logistics & Organization: Coordinating deliveries, managing equipment (forklifts, cranes), controlling site traffic, and maintaining cleanliness. Reporting: Preparing progress reports, site bills, and status updates for management. Project Coordination: Ensuring work aligns with drawings, specifications, and timelines.

Pay: ₹18,332.65 - ₹46,687.23 per month
