Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is completed as per project plans and specifications. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and labor teams for smooth workflow. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation. Monitor material usage and ensure efficient resource management. Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot issues to prevent delays. Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Qualification:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 1 years in construction site supervision. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Good problem-solving and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools is a plus.
