Location:

Primarily responsible for supervising sites in

Cuddalore and Pondicherry

, with occasional travel to nearby cities as required.

Experience:

1-2 years of relevant experience in site supervision, construction site handling, or field coordination.

Salary Range:

?12,000 - ?15,000 per month
(Plus travel and outstation allowances)

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day activities at project sites and ensure smooth workflow. Coordinate with workers, contractors, engineers, and management to ensure timely completion of tasks. Monitor site progress, maintain quality standards, and ensure all work aligns with company guidelines. Ensure safety protocols are followed and resolve any issues or delays at the site. Manage site materials, tools, and basic documentation related to daily work. Provide regular updates, reports, and feedback to senior management. Travel to assigned locations such as

Cuddalore, Pondicherry

, and occasionally other nearby cities for site inspection and supervision.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in site supervision or related fieldwork. Willingness to travel locally and to other cities when required. Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with labour and teams. Ability to understand basic site plans/drawings Must be responsible, proactive, and capable of handling on-site challenges.

Travel Allowance:

Provided for all outstation visits outside the city.

Additional Allowances:

Applicable for extended travel or stays based on company policy.
