Job Description

Qualifications in Civil Engineering or any other related field 3+ years of experience in civil construction, preferably in a supervisory role Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical documents Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team Managing and instructing the site workers, setting their schedules, and monitoring their performance. Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed strictly. Conducting regular site inspections and addressing any potential hazards immediately. Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, site activities, and progress reports. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure that all activities align with the project plan. Ordering and managing the inventory of construction materials to ensure a steady supply without excessive overstock.
