Supervise daily on-site operations of interior design and fit-out projects.
Ensure that all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor progress and provide daily/weekly site reports to the Project Manager.
Verify material deliveries and ensure proper handling and storage on-site.
2. Coordination
Coordinate between designers, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
Conduct regular site meetings to review progress, safety, and quality.
Communicate design intent to on-site teams and ensure execution matches approved layouts and finishes.
3. Quality & Safety
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Inspect ongoing and completed work to maintain quality standards.
Identify and report any deviations, delays, or defects, and propose corrective actions.
4. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily site records (manpower, materials, progress).
Support project documentation including as-built drawings, snag lists, and handover reports.
Assist in project handovers and ensure all punch list items are completed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in site supervision for interior or fit-out projects.
Strong understanding of interior finishes, materials, and installation techniques.
Proficient in reading drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
