Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated Site Supervisors to oversee construction and earthmoving operations at project sites. This role offers excellent growth opportunities for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily activities and ensure project timelines are met Supervise on-site workers, equipment operators, and subcontractors Coordinate with project managers on work progress and material requirements Maintain quality standards as per project specifications Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation Ensure proper utilization of heavy machinery including JCB, dozers, and rollers Handle material procurement and inventory management at site level

Requirements

For Freshers:

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field Strong willingness to work in field conditions

For Experienced Candidates:

1-3 years of experience in construction / earthwork site supervision Knowledge of earthmoving operations and heavy equipment Experience with road construction, excavation, or infrastructure projects Proven track record in team management

Skills Required

Leadership and team coordination abilities Problem-solving and decision-making skills
