Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project management:

Oversee daily activities, manage project schedules, and ensure work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.

Safety and compliance:

Implement and enforce all site safety regulations, conduct safety checks, identify hazards, and ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Staff and subcontractor management:

Supervise the performance of construction workers and subcontractors, assign duties, manage work shifts, and address any issues that arise.

Quality control:

Inspect ongoing and completed work to ensure it meets the required standards, building codes, and quality specifications.

Coordination and communication:

Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients to report on progress, relay information, and resolve problems.

Resource management:

Coordinate the delivery and management of materials and equipment, and ensure equipment is maintained and repaired as needed.

Experience & Qualifications:

Experience (3 to 5 Years) -

Civil Construction/Interior Projects.

Civil/Architect -

Diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field is often preferred.
