Job Description

Site Supervision & Coordination Oversee day-to-day interior design activities on-site. Ensure design specifications, materials, and finishes are implemented as per approved drawings. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, suppliers, and other site personnel. Monitor workmanship and ensure quality control. Project Management Track project timelines and ensure milestones are met. Identify and resolve on-site issues in a timely and cost-effective manner. Report progress and challenges to the design/project management team. Conduct site meetings and prepare daily/weekly site reports. Design Implementation Interpret and enforce design drawings, layouts, and mood boards on-site. Assist in managing changes and modifications as per client or site requirements. Supervise installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). Ensure proper alignment with health, safety, and building regulations. Client & Stakeholder Communication Act as the on-site representative for the design team. Communicate with clients, consultants, and engineers regarding design intent and adjustments. Handle on-site client visits and explain progress and design decisions.

Pay: ₹8,301.07 - ₹12,000.00 per month
