We are looking for a dedicated and responsible

Site Supervisor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee site activities, ensure smooth operations, and handle basic marketing responsibilities. The role requires frequent travel to different sites, so flexibility and commitment are essential.

Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site operations and workforce Ensure project quality, safety, and timelines are maintained Coordinate with clients, contractors, and management Manage basic marketing and client relationship activities Provide regular updates/reports to management Handle on-site problem-solving and ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor (preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work on-site regardless of location Basic marketing skills and client handling ability Good command of the local language

Tamil

(mandatory) Willingness to travel frequently to different project locations
