Job Description

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee and monitor daily activities on-site. The selected candidate will help manage labour, coordinate materials, and ensure that work progresses adequately while maintaining site cleanliness.

Key Roles of a Civil Supervisor:

Site Management:

Oversee daily site activities and ensure compliance with construction plans. Monitor work progress and coordinate tasks to meet deadlines.

Team Supervision:

Direct and manage workers, subcontractors, and equipment operators. Ensure that all workers understand their duties and adhere to safety and quality standards.

Quality Control:

Inspect materials, workmanship, and overall construction for quality assurance. Ensure that the construction meets regulatory and design specifications.

Budget and Resource Management:

Assist in managing project resources to avoid wastage. Track material usage and manpower against the budgeted plan.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain daily reports of work progress, issues, and labour usage. Communicate regularly with project managers and engineers.

Essential Skills:

Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials. Leadership and interpersonal skills. Good communication (verbal and written) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings. Familiarity with project management and reporting tools. Awareness of health and safety regulations.
