Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and responsible

Site Supervisor (Fresher)

to join our construction team. This role offers a great opportunity for recent graduates or diploma holders in civil engineering to gain hands-on experience in supervising construction projects and coordinating with site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior site supervisors in daily site operations Monitor construction activities to ensure quality and timely execution Coordinate with laborers, contractors, and engineers Maintain safety and cleanliness at the site Ensure materials are available as per project needs Record daily progress reports and submit to project manager Attend regular site meetings and report issues or delays Learn and adhere to company protocols, safety norms, and construction procedures

Qualifications:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) Strong interest in site supervision and construction management Basic understanding of construction drawings and measurements Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work at construction site
