QUALIFICATION : Chemistry on Bsc or Msc or B-tech or M-tech

Operational Management:

Supervise the daily operations of the ETP, STP, MEE ATFT and RO plants to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulatory standards. Monitor plant performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficient operation.

Team Leadership:

Lead, train, and mentor a team of operators and technicians to ensure high performance and adherence to safety and operational procedures. Schedule and assign tasks, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing feedback and support.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations related to wastewater and water treatment. Prepare and maintain accurate records of plant operations, maintenance activities, and compliance documentation. Report any non-compliance issues or incidents to the relevant authorities and take corrective actions.

Process Optimization:

Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process optimization strategies. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement process enhancements and technological upgrades.

Inventory and Budget Management:

Manage inventory of spare parts and chemicals, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely procurement. Assist in budgeting and cost control for plant operations, including the evaluation of operational expenses and resource allocation.
