Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Site Supervisor

to oversee and manage daily operations on our project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that all construction activities are executed efficiently, safely, and within the designated time frame and budget. The Site Supervisor will coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage on-site construction activities. Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks. Maintain daily site logs and report project status to management. Resolve on-site issues and escalate concerns when necessary.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree/diploma in construction management or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient with basic computer applications

Work Conditions:

Primarily on-site work; exposure to outdoor conditions and construction environments. May involve extended hours or weekend work depending on deadlines.
