Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Overview:

SN Infras is seeking a skilled and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee construction site operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing site activities, ensuring safety, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining quality standards. This role is crucial for timely and successful project execution.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

Plan and schedule daily and weekly site activities.

Execute quantity take-offs and ensure material and machinery availability.

Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Coordinate and manage subcontractors--labor deployment, drawing clarifications, payment tracking, and voucher management.

Prepare daily and weekly project reports with site progress photos.

Maintain clear and continuous communication with the internal team and vendors.

2. Safety & Security:

Maintain site access control and enforce site security protocols.

Provide daily safety briefings and enforce labor safety regulations.

Ensure availability and upkeep of first aid kits and safety materials on site.

3. Reporting & Documentation:

Update work progress to management on a regular basis.

Maintain labor attendance, material logs, and site diaries.

Qualifications:

Educational Qualification: Diploma (DCE) or B.E. in Civil Engineering.

Languages: Fluency in Hindi, Telugu, and English.

Practical knowledge of site operations and construction standards.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in residential/commercial building projects.

Familiarity with reading and explaining construction drawings.

Understanding of billing and subcontractor/vendor coordination.
