Supervise erection of module mounting structures, module installation, and cabling (DC & AC).
Oversee installation of string inverters, SCBs, AJBs, ACDBs, LT/HT panels, transformers, and earthing systems.
Ensure compliance with drawings, SLDs, and technical specifications.
Manage site manpower and ensure productivity as per project schedule.
Testing & Commissioning
Perform testing of DC strings, IV curve tracing, insulation resistance, and polarity checks.
Support commissioning of inverters, SCADA systems, and synchronization with the grid.
Resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning.
Quality & Safety
Implement strict quality control measures and industry standards (IEC/IS).
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and enforce PPE usage.
Ensure zero-incident culture and report near-misses immediately.
Coordination & Documentation
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and client representatives for smooth execution.
Maintain daily progress reports, manpower records, and material consumption logs.
Provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
