Job Title: Site Supervisor

Salary: ₹15,000 - ?20,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to manage and supervise day-to-day activities at the construction site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is carried out as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines, while maintaining coordination between labor, contractors, and management.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Operations

Supervise daily construction activities at the site. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and instructions. Monitor labor attendance and productivity. Coordinate with contractors, masons, carpenters, and other workers.
Quality & Safety

Ensure quality of work as per company standards. Maintain basic safety practices at the site. Report unsafe conditions or incidents to seniors.
Material & Equipment Handling

Check availability of construction materials at site. Maintain material usage records. Prevent material wastage and misuse.
Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and suppliers. Update daily site progress to seniors. Report issues, delays, or requirements on time.
Documentation

Maintain basic site records (daily work report, labor details). Assist in measurements and site verification if required.
Requirements & Skills

Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience as Site Supervisor / Site In-charge. Basic knowledge of construction activities. Ability to handle site labor and coordinate work. Basic understanding of drawings (preferred). Good communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work at site locations.
Education

ITI / Diploma / Any relevant construction background preferred. Fresher with site exposure may also be considered.
