Job Responsibilities:

Project Supervision:

Oversee day-to-day on-site work to ensure designs are executed as per drawings and specifications.

Coordination:

Coordinate between designers, contractors, vendors, and clients for smooth project flow.

Quality Control:

Ensure workmanship, materials, and finishes meet company standards.

Timeline Management:

Monitor progress, maintain schedules, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Resource Management:

Supervise site labor, track attendance, and manage material usage and deliveries.

Site Documentation:

Maintain site reports, daily progress updates, and photographic records.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with site regulations.

Problem Solving:

Identify and resolve on-site technical or coordination issues promptly.

Client Interaction:

Represent the company on-site and handle client queries professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field. 3-4 years of experience as Site Supervisor in Interior Fit-out or Construction projects. Strong understanding of

drawings, BOQs, and site measurement

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Project Documentation

. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to handle multiple sites and meet tight deadlines.

Additional Requirements:

Flexible to travel across project locations. If the site work for the day is completed or if there is no site work, you are required to report to the office and continue your duties from the office. Candidates staying in Thane city will be preferred for this role

Salary Range:

?25,000 - ?35,000 per month (depending on experience )
