We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to join our construction team. You will oversee daily site operations, ensure work is executed as per design, safety standards, and project timelines, and coordinate with the project team and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work is carried out as per approved designs, specifications, and project plans.
- Coordinate and monitor the work of subcontractors and labour, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and to the required quality standards.
- Implement and enforce site safety protocols, ensuring compliance with local safety regulations and the company's HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to specifications; report status and issues to the Project Manager.
- Ensure all necessary materials, equipment, and labour are available on site as needed, and coordinate with the logistics and procurement teams for timely supply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
