Supervise daily field operations for telecom and data center infrastructure projects ensuring timely and quality execution as per project plans, safety guidelines, and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee work of technicians, welders, fitters, and helpers on site.
Coordinate with project managers for smooth workflow and material availability.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
Report progress, issues, and resource requirements to management.
Conduct on-site inspections and resolve operational problems.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
Minimum 3 years' experience in telecom or data center infrastructure supervision.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance.
