Job Overview:

As a Site Supervisor at ZACKLE, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects, particularly those involving TOSTEM products. This position requires a dynamic individual with a Diploma in Civil Engineering and a strong understanding of TOSTEM's product line.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site.
Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.

TOSTEM Expertise:

Possess in-depth knowledge of TOSTEM windows and related products. Provide technical guidance on the installation and maintenance of TOSTEM offerings.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct regular inspections to guarantee the quality of work, especially concerning TOSTEM installations.
Address any issues promptly and implement corrective measures.

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with construction teams and subcontractors.
Provide guidance and support, particularly in areas related to TOSTEM projects.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress, and issues related to TOSTEM projects.
Prepare and submit reports to the project manager.

Technical: Assist in technical work with technicians.

TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED

Qualifications:

Diploma in Civil Engineering. Proven experience as a Site Supervisor with expertise in TOSTEM products. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Driving License (Required).
