Payscale - 25k to 30k + Accommodation
- Need to visit and co-ordinate with superior management.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at a time
- Regular site visits to check if contractor is maintaining quality and following drawings
- Taking site measurements,
- Maintain the site record and complete the work under timeline.
- Check plans, drawings, site measurements, quantities for accuracy of calculations & bill checking.
- Prepare material reconciliation report
- Vendor follow-up for material / sample procurement
- Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications.
- Oversee quality control, & Maintain Excel sheet project reports
