Job Description

We are looking for an

experienced Site Supervisor

to oversee daily

production and hopper operations

at our stone crusher plant. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in supervising

cone crushers, hopper and tunnel systems

, and managing production teams to achieve the expected output efficiently.

The role demands

on-site leadership, technical awareness, and proactive problem-solving

to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production at all times.

Production Oversight

Monitor and maintain daily production targets as per management expectations Identify bottlenecks, breakdowns, and take corrective measures immediately Ensure continuous material flow from thehopper to thecrusher and through the tunnel system

Equipment & Operations Supervision

Supervise the working of the Hopper, Cone Crusher, and Tunnel Conveyor systems Coordinate with operators and mechanics for routine checks Inspect plant equipment regularly to prevent downtime and maintain efficiency

Team Management & Coordination

Supervise operators, helpers, and maintenance staff at the plant site Ensure timely shift changes and proper allocation of manpower Maintain discipline, safety, and operational efficiency at all times

Reporting & Communication

Maintain daily production and maintenance logs Report delays, breakdowns, and irregularities to management promptly Coordinate with the Production Manager for planning and target achievement
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
