Job Purpose

As the Site Supervisor (Rooftop) at Greenbeam Earth Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day supervision of rooftop solar power installations. You will ensure work is carried out efficiently, safely, and as per project guidelines while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and technicians.

Job Duties

Supervise rooftop solar installation activities on-site. Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and the Site Manager for timely execution. Monitor safety practices and ensure adherence to safety standards. Conduct quality checks and assist in troubleshooting at the site. Maintain and manage daily work reports and documentation. Supervise handling of tools, materials, and inventory at site. Assist in interpreting layout plans and solar drawings (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus). Conduct routine inspections of installed systems for performance and compliance. Manage site-level manpower planning and work delegation.
Handle customer site coordination and provide on-ground updates to the project team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
