Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, technically skilled, and detail-oriented

Site Supervisor

to oversee daily solar installation activities at

Khariar Road

. The candidate must stay on-site and manage project execution, team coordination, quality control, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily solar installation and maintenance activities at the site. Coordinate with engineers, electricians, technicians, and project teams. Monitor work progress and ensure timely execution of tasks. Maintain site documentation, daily progress reports, and material records. Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Inspect installation work including panels, wiring, mounting structures, and inverter systems. Communicate project updates to management regularly. Perform basic troubleshooting and guide technicians on electrical/solar work. Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering

(mandatory) Additional solar-related certification preferred

Experience:

1-3 years as a Site Supervisor (solar industry preferred)

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of solar installation, wiring, and electrical systems Understanding of safety protocols and quality checks

Soft Skills:

Strong communication, coordination, and leadership abilities Good documentation and reporting skills Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently

Other Requirements:

Must be willing to stay on-site during the project duration
